Dear Friends:
Thank you for your interest in Rotoblock Corp. and in our continuing research into new technology that can benefit society. I am grateful for the opportunity to take the lead of the Rotoblock team as we enter an exciting new phase in the development of the company.
 In November 2011, the combined efforts of Rotoblock and Daifu formed a transaction that provides the opportunity to become the leading medical waste management company in PRC, leveraging Daifu's existing leadership position as a medical waste technology provider to expand the company from a solution provider to service-solution provider.
These medical waste treatment systems offer a safer and more efficient alternative. Unlike incinerators, which can release dangerous substances into the air, Daifu's system eliminates the risk of dioxins and consumes less energy. The equipment works under high-pressure and high-temperature and uses recycled steam to sterilize and disinfect the medical waste. After treatment, the medical waste is non-recognizable, harmless and ready for landfill. The technology is also more efficient and environmentally friendly with lower maintenance costs and fully compliant with international health standards.
Taking over as CEO for Rotoblock in January has been a dream come true. My experience in the Hedge Fund industry helps bring more financial knowledge to the Company in helping form the basis for our expansion of Daifu’s operations within China and beyond. The opportunity to gain market-entry into China with such a breakthrough environmental technology is a win-win. Not only does this represent an opportunity to help the environment and improve society, but the technology represented by Daifu’s system allows us to leverage a major shift in government policies towards waste treatment disposal. Many consider this market to already be worth in excess of $500 million.
