Message from the CEO, Mr. Chien Chih Liu
Dear Friends:
To all the stakeholders of Rotoblock, present, past and
future, please allow me to introduce myself as the newly
appointed Chief Executive Officer. Rotoblock is an uncommon
Company that was founded on a bold vision and purpose. At
the core is the belief that tremendous innovation is possible
with even the most mundane device -- the Internal Combustion
Engine (ICE).

To me the Oscillating Piston Engine (OPE) represents the
beautiful dream of technological progress, how technology
can grow exponentially as new visionaries take up the work
and continue to build on the success of their forebears.
I might go so far to say that Nikolaus Otto, Karl Benz and
Henry Ford would not have been but for the incredible pioneering
visions of Al-Jazari, Leonardo DaVinci, or Christiaan Huygens.
Indeed, as I write this, the ICE is celebrating 100 years
as a modern marvel of machinery. Not since Ernest Godwin
developed his Economizer in 1908 have experts recognized
any remarkable innovation in ICE technology. They are truly
miracles of technology that permeate our lives helping us
to live, work and play. Cars, trucks, buses, airplanes,
boats, motorcycles, snowmobiles - the modern ICE engine
is an icon of progress, power and performance. But all this
is about to change.
I believe that with the OPE we have the opportunity to
fundamentally recreate our society. The OPE has the potential
to multiply the efficiency of an everyday device - the ICE
- by a factor of 4. We can save energy, save money, save
even time with this exponential leap forward and I intend
to take up this challenge.
But my dear friends, I know that we, working together,
can do much more.
Just as the ICE engine helped us leap ahead in terms of
progress, I think the OPE signifies a similar step -- but
I submit to you that it is not the ultimate goal of Rotoblock.
If you look with me, we can see the OPE as a beacon or a
sign post along our path of progress. It represents a way
of thinking that will fuel change in every aspect of our
lives. And I see this as not only an opportunity, but as
a responsibility.
Today, the world is struggling with a severe lack of innovation.
Skyrocketing energy costs, air pollution, global warming;
these are only symptoms. Politics, greed, corruption, and
narrow-mindedness; these are the culprits. I submit to you
that Rotoblock represents a new spirit, an engine that can
power change and by powering change can improve people's
lives, just like those who came before us.
As I have settled into my role as CEO, I am convinced that
we are at an historic crossroads. By marrying an emerging
technology of this North American Company with the manufacturing
and enterprise of China, I believe Rotoblock has the potential
to do great things. I myself have witnessed new inventions,
new technologies, new dreams unfolding because I come from
these two worlds and have spent my career bringing them
together. I see the name Rotoblock on more devices than
just vehicles and generators. I see hundreds, even thousands,
of devices "Powered by Rotoblock."
Even now, we are in discussions that would open a whole
new world to Rotoblock marrying this elegant new idea like
of the OPE with the strength and enterprise of China. With
my contacts in China and the United States, together we
have the opportunity to take this new beginning and create
a new name, a new brand that has the innovation, power and
potential to be known in every household on the face of
the planet.
When we look at Rotoblock in this way, we have found something
that is priceless without measure, making dreams come true.
But as you know, I alone cannot achieve this, but ask for
your support and active participation. Together we can make
Rotoblock a household name that stands for innovation and
leadership. I thank you for this opportunity and look forward
